Dear Friends,
Please find attached a petition to the Parliament of Australia relating to gaining the safe return of the three Jewish boys kidnapped by Hamas on Thursday.

Please also find attached letters of support for this petition from Michael Danby, Federal Member for Melbourne Ports and David Southwick, State Member for Caulfield.

Please circulate widely (members, students, Rabbonim, congregation, teachers, friends, family, customers, staff…) and print as many copies as you need.  Please get as many people to sign as quickly as you can so we can demonstrate the enormous support and concern from our community for the safe return of Eyal, Naftali and Gil-Ad.

Signatures must be handwritten and not be copied, pasted, or transferred onto the petition. No electronic signatures or copies of handwritten originals are accepted. They must not be written on a blank page or the blank reverse side of a sheet containing the terms of the petition. Addresses of signatories other than the principal petitioner are not required. (Parliament of Australia rules on petitions)

Please send or drop off all signed original copies (not emails or faxes) to the JCCV office, 306 Hawthorn Road, Caulfield South 3162 to arrive by 1pm Monday 23 June so we can get them to Parliament asap.

Let’s show what our community can do!

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me on david@jccv.org.au or 03 9272 5579.
